Dear Sarah Tan,

Following your successful interview, we are pleased to appoint you as Marketing Manager with effect from 1 April 2024 on the following terms and conditions, in compliance with the Employment Act 1955:

1. Probation: You shall serve a probation period of 3 months. The Company reserves the right to extend this period at its discretion.
2. Remuneration: You shall be paid a monthly basic salary of RM 6,500.00 payable on the last working day of each calendar month.
3. Statutory Contributions: Deductions for EPF, SOCSO and EIS shall be made monthly in accordance with Malaysian law. The Company shall contribute the applicable employer portions.
4. Working Location: Your primary place of work shall be Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
5. Leave Entitlement: You are entitled to 14 days annual leave, 14 days sick leave and 60 days hospitalisation leave per annum in accordance with the Employment Act 1955.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement by giving not less than one (1) month written notice, or payment in lieu of notice.
